Don’t get us wrong, not all agencies are terrible, but in our experience, more often than not hoteliers don’t have positive things to say when they’ve outsourced their marketing in the past. Bad results, poor communication and a lack of proactivity to really get to know the brand and the product are seemingly quite commonplace.
