Account Executive

It’s SUCH a great time to join us here at DHM. We’re growing our business this year and we need you to be part of it.

As we emerge from the pandemic years, we have made it through to the other side and are now looking to grow. You will have a great opportunity to enhance and develop your career and work with fantastic hospitality clients; working alongside like-minded and skilled colleagues who are as passionate about the hospitality, wedding industry and hotel clients as you are.

We are looking for a talented, eager Account Executive to join our family, reporting directly to our existing Account Manager and Account Director, in an informal, dynamic and supportive environment.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious AE to start their career and really make their mark in an established and growing digital agency. It really is a great time to join the team.

At DHM, we exist to improve the reputation of agencies by delivering super effective marketing with an outstanding level of service. Our vision is to be the benchmark of agency success: an amazing work environment, with delighted customers, consistently delivering outstanding, profitable work.

Our values need to align with your values – if you’re a match, then we’re growing our business this year and we need you to be part of it!

A bit more about us…

A multi-award winning digital agency specialising in hotel marketing. Our accolades include winning the Best Wedding Marketing award two years in a row and the Best Leisure Marketing award at the Hotel Marketing Association awards 2019/2020, as well as being shortlisted for the prestigious Catey Award for Best Marketing. Just as important (if not more) is the proactive client service we offer. Our ambition with every project is that long after a client has forgotten about the work we produced, they’ll remember how we supported and guided them through the process with professional and invaluable client service.

We’re a small team working with a flexible, hybrid setup – typically we do 1 day per week working together in our London office, the rest of the week spent working from home.
