Bartle Hall Hotel is a beautiful country house hotel in the heart of Lancashire with weddings being a key focal point of their business, catering for over 120 weddings per year with a four-strong wedding coordinator team. As an established wedding venue in the local area, there was no shortage of enquiries when we started working together in 2017 but rather the conversion rate of those couples that come in for a showaround to those going onto book needed some help. By implementing The Wedding Method, we were able to create a highly-personalised enquiry experience using handwritten invitations and a personalised website link (e.g. bartlehallwedding.co.uk/sarah) where the couple could understand more about the venue and book their showaround appointment directly on the webpage. This “wow” experience before the initial meeting saw conversions jump by 45%, saving the team a great deal of time.
