Georgian House Hotel is a stunning boutique hotel in London’s Victoria that serves a high volume of international guests and had, when we started working together in 2017, a heavy reliance on OTAs for bookings. By creating a new image-led website with a simple, cleaner user experience and optimising conversions using a CRO strategy, we were able to increase direct bookings by 49% over the course of a year, resulting in £125,000 saving in OTA commission.
