Holkham is a historic country estate with multiple wedding venues, all priced at the high end of the market. When Holkham approached us in 2018, they were looking for a means of attracting ‘good-fit’ enquiries, provide a more personalised enquiry experience and use digital marketing to help reduce the amount of manual follow-up with unqualified wedding leads. Using The Wedding Method, we implemented FAQ videos to digitally answer common questions about venue usage, handwritten enquiry notes to add that all important personal touch and auto-responding email sequence to gently follow-up with enquiries that had not yet converted into a venue show-around appointment.
